Why join?

To keep up, companies need access to a much larger and more diverse pool of tech candidates. There is still a massive need for Software Engineers and hardcore coders, but they also need AI geeks, self-taught no-coders, & tech-savvy designers. No matter your educational background, and whichever technical skills you’ve explored, they just might need you.

At this event, we aim to inspire women in tech – without shying away from the challenges we face. We aim to connect companies that work actively with diversity and inclusion, and women from all kinds of backgrounds, that want a career within tech.
